Connect with Like-Minded People.
Join me, Natalie, for a Wild Sauna Experience in Lancashire & Yorkshire. Come meet like-minded individuals who share a passion for well-being and cold-water therapy. Join us and experience the soothing relaxation of a wood-fired sauna and cold water dip. If you are new to cold water swimming, I can offer my help in getting you into the water for the first time. I will show you the right way to prepare yourself before entering the water.
In August 2025, I completed my Sauna Master training, where I became an accredited Sauna Ritual Practitioner. I can now provide expert-guided sauna rituals such as Birch bashing, a truly invigorating and rejuvenating experience.
