Heat, Steam, Water, Repeat.
Wild, wood-fired sauna sessions in the open air — Lancashire and Yorkshire, whatever the weather's doing.
Intimate by design — sessions fill up fast. Small groups, big reset.
Why sauna?
Regular heat bathing has been used for centuries to restore body and mind. Here's what you can expect.
Deep Muscle Recovery
Heat gets into the muscle, eases tension, speeds recovery after a hard day or a hard session.
Mental Clarity
The heat does the work your to-do list can't. Comes out calmer, thinks clearer.
Circulation Boost
Heart rate up, blood moving — the good kind of stress on the body.
Skin & Detox
Proper sweat, pores open, skin looks it the next day.

About Us
We're Nat, a Yorkshire lass, and Matthew, a Lancashire lad — two Northerners who found a shared love for cold water, wild spaces, and heat that resets your whole system.
Nat brings the calm, the presence that puts people at ease. Matthew brings the fire and the belief that clarity and connection can change your whole day. No rush, no pressure — just warmth, water, and people who get it.
Neigh stress in here.
Something new is on its way — our own wood-fired sauna, built into a converted horse trailer, ready to travel to you. Want the full story first?
